The Anderson law firm is located in Tampa, Florida, and provides next generation legal services to individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations / trade groups. The firm was established in 2008 by Daniel W. Anderson, a former partner with the Tampa law firm of Forizs & Dogali.
Prior to establishing the Anderson Law Firm, Mr. Anderson represented clients in litigation cases ranging from large class action cases involving millions of class members, to small landlord-tenant cases involving one or two individuals. Mr. Anderson also represented clients in a wide array of civil litigation cases of all sizes in between. No matter how large, or how small the case, each client had the same goal: justice.
The Anderson Law Firm was established to better help clients achieve this common goal in cases involving litigation, and to help our clients avoid litigation through our assistance in transactional matters. In addition to assisting our clients, we seek to improve the legal profession as a whole. We do this by being zealous advocates for our clients while respecting our peers and the judicial process itself. Most importantly, the interests of our clients is our highest priority, and everything we do is designed to provide cost-effective legal services to those who entrust us to do so.
