Daniel W. Anderson

Daniel
W. Anderson graduated
cum laude from Stetson University
College of Law in December, 2000, and has practiced law in the Tampa
area since 2002. Mr. Anderson was previously a partner with the law firm
of Forizs & Dogali where he represented individuals, small businesses,
and nonprofit organizations, in general civil litigation and
transactional matters. Mr. Anderson has experience in cases
involving medical and legal malpractice, personal injury, product
liability, aviation, consumer fraud, taxation of government leaseholds,
sovereign immunity, public records, class action, mass tort,
landlord-tenant, commercial disputes, and other general civil litigation
matters.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Anderson owned and operated
aviation-related businesses for almost 20 years. Mr. Anderson i
s
the former executive director of the United States Air Tour Association
where he served as a Washington, D.C. lobbyist for helicopter and
airplane tour operators at Grand Canyon, Hawaii, New York, Alaska, and
throughout the United States.
Mr. Anderson was awarded an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from Texas
A&M University Corpus Christi (formerly CCSU), and a B.S. in
Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a
licensed pilot and holds ASMEL, Commercial Pilot, CFI ASEL, and
Instrument Ratings. Mr. Anderson is an active member of
The Florida Bar
(Aviation Law Committee), the American
Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough
County Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay American Inns of Court.
Mr. Anderson is also a member of the Tampa Bay Rough Riders.
Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice before all Florida state and
federal courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Eighth
Circuit Court of Appeals.
